Our Inspiration
Our Founder, Tulsi, originally from Mumbai, found her true inspiration in Ahmedabad. The city's rich textile heritage, steeped in tradition and innovation, deeply influenced her vision. Moving to Ahmedabad allowed Tulsi to immerse herself in the local culture, gaining invaluable knowledge about Gujarat's textile traditions. This experience became the foundation for Alam, where we celebrate the artistry of Marodi embroidery and its unique blend of tradition and modernity.
