Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can easily place an order without having an Alam account. However, if you set up an account with Alam will enable you to view your order history, receive timely updates on new arrivals, our upcoming events and offers.
I have an account but I forgot my password. How do I access my account?
If you have a registered account and you forget your password, click on the 'forgot password' link provided and fill in the email ID or mobile number you have used to register your account. we will send you an email to reset your password. All you have to do is simply login to our website with your Email Address and your new password to access your account. You will receive an email that will prompt you to set up a new password.
Is it possible to customise the garments?

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped from Alam studios, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track your delivery. It is possible to check the order status at any time by entering the Order Number at the link provided along with Tracking Number. Registered users can also find all information related to their orders on the 'My Account' page. Once your order is shipped from our end, we'll send you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery's progress.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Ready-to-ship items take upto 15 business days. Custom orders require 21 to 28 business days for delivery throughout India.
Are there any extra charges for customizations?

Are there any colour options available?

How do I use a Discount Code or Gift Card?
You can do so by following the steps below:
1. Click on 'Proceed To Checkout'.
2. Fill in your contact information and shipping address.
3. Enter the Discount Code or Gift Card Code in the Apply Code section and click 'Apply'.
4. Your cart value will get updated and the new amount will get reflected in 'Subtotal'.
5. Once you have confirmed your delivery information, click on ‘Continue to Shipping’.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to your order once it has been confirmed and placed. If you'd like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.
Can I cancel an order?
We cannot offer refund for canceled orders. However, you can receive the refund in the form of a credit note. You will receive a credit code which will be valid for 60 days. This can be used towards future purchases. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted. To cancel, please write to us on hello@alam.com or call our Customer Care on +91 9327937994. Once your order is found eligible for cancellation, our team will issue a Credit Code against the cancellation.
How do I order the right size?
All necessary garment measurements are provided under item details along with a size guide chart for your reference.
How do I care for the garments that I am purchasing?
Dry clean only.
Avoid spraying fragrances/perfumes directly on the garment.
